Many of our customer don't know that their HVAC unit needs tuning and maintenance until something goes wrong. We always recommend to our customers to have their unit checked out at the start of the season to ensure everything is running smoothly. These are some checkpoints we go through during a routine inspection of your home or business AC/ HVAC unit:
Check the level and pressure of coolant in your AC/ HVAC Unit to ensure it's running at peak condition.
Inspect the thermostat and calibrate as needed
Make sure evaporator coils are clean.
Check compressor amps.
Inspect the condenser, make sure its clean.
Check the condenser motor and blade. Lubricate if needed.
Clean out the condensation drain if needed.
